Competition Rules
1. The competition
is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of breathe.com
Limited ("breathe") or their immediate families. Only one entry per person
is permitted.
2. The only means of entry to the competition shall be by completion and
submission of the entry form hosted on breathe’s website at www.breathe.com.
3. Competitors may submit entries for the competition which must be received
by the Promoter between [12.00][GMT] on [15th] September 2000 and [00.00][GMT]on
[13th] October 2000.
4. Valid entries which correctly answer the question contained on the
entry form shall be provided to the judge who shall pick a winner. The
judge shall be breathes competition Manager.
5. The judge’s and the Promoter’s decision as to who the winner is or
what constitutes a correct and valid entry shall be final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
6. The winner will be notified via email within [7] days of the closure
date. The winner will receive full details of his prize within [14] days
of notification. Delivery of the prize to the winner will be subject to
the Promoter's receipt of the winner's written proof of identity and the
Promoter's reasonable satisfaction of the validity of this proof of identity.
[The winner must agree to be available between 1st and 30th of November
to take the prize.]
7. The winner’s details will be published online at [www.breathe.com/breathra].
It is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to the use of his name
and photograph in publicity material.
8. The prize consists of 2 nights for two persons in Barcelona. The prize
consists of travel on Standard Class travel with British Airways, staying
at the 3* Gaudi hotel.
9. The prize is based on one adult winner and their adult guest sharing
a room. All other meals, drinks and travelling expenses, with the exception
of the journey on the British Airways flight will be the responsibility
of the winner. The break is subject to availability and must be taken
by 30th November 2000. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash
alternative.
10. breathe and The Online Travel Company reserve the right to substitute
a prize of similar nature and value to that described above, at any time
up until the prize winner has received or taken his prize. Prizes must
be accepted within 72 hours of notification by the promoter or will be
forfeited
11. breathe is not responsible for late, lost or delayed entries, or network,
computer hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict
or delay entry.
12. Fraudulent, illegible, corrupted, multiple or incorrectly completed
entries will be disqualified. The Promoter's decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter is breathe.com Limited whose registered office is at
Grotto House, Grotto Lane, Over Peover, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 9HL.
